Aruba Port Information and Shore Excursion Review

Sam

Aruba was really beautiful. We took the 3 hour town and country tour of the island and really enjoyed it. The air conditioned buses bring you all over the island and you get to see many of the touristy sites around the island. We then went back to the ship, had lunch, and then walked around Oranjestad, which is right where the ship docks. We then hired a cab to take us to the beach for $5 each and then paid $5 for the use of lounge chairs at the Allegro Resort. The water there was beautiful and it was so relaxing to just sit at the beach all afternoon. One warning though: the sun down in Aruba is especially strong and I highly recommend using a sunscreen with a high SPF factor.
