We love Key West and thoroughly enjoyed it this time. We walked down Duval Street, enjoying shopping and the interesting sights, and then on to an open-air bar at a marina, where we had drinks and visited with local boaters. We had dinner at a local Cuban restaurant and then returned to the ship (a long walk!). This was a most interesting walk, as Key West’s version of Mardi Gras was in progress and the scenery was certainly interesting (think Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras…..).
