The area by the port is very depressing and poor. We went on the Tabayna Beach, where you have a nice buffet lunch and there is a nice beach with chairs, you can easily snorkel and see some pretty fish, was nice. The ride there has some nice scenery. My mom and aunt want on the Discovery Roatan, they had a nice A/C van and saw nice country side. They went on a boat ride and saw some animals. They also went to some farms and sampled local jellies, and saw the Carib Indians perform, which they enjoyed their excursion.
