Carol Hurst We are both certified to dive so this was the interesting port for us. I had emailed and checked on diving from shore the Cane Bay Wall. The dive shop is located right across from the dock and Hal met me with a big smile and waved us in. The dive included transportation to and from the port, all our equipment down to wet suits, and a guide. The water was 82 degrees and we went down to 70 feet at one point. The water was a beautiful blue and the colors were especially bright during the morning hours. I could not describe the variety of fish and coral we saw in the clear water. Just suffice it to say that I wish the dive could have gone on and on. On our trip back, Hal the dive shop owner mentioned that this was the first day it had not rained in two weeks so we felt really blessed. Many thanks go out to Hal Rosbach and Phil our guide. I heartily recommend the Cane Bay Dive shop to any one who intends to snorkel or dive at St. Croix. Everything is arranged for you, the prices are very low and I recommend a shore dive to the Wall as the best dive of the Caribbean.
