The thing to do here is shop and drink $1 Heineken beers while shopping. Best and cheapest prices in the Caribbean hands down. Dutch side nice, French side just okay. Lush island with no terrain like St. Thomas though. Orient Bay is a waste of time and food prices high. French people snooty and the water somewhat rough. THIS ISLAND IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO FOR NICE BEACHES DESPITE WHAT LOTS OF PEOPLE SAY. Shop until you drop though
